Like french fries, but baked instead of deep fried and made with sweet potato instead of the usual spuds. Other than that, they're identical!

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Cut a large sweet potato - peeled or unpeeled, depending on your taste - into fries. Put a tablespoon of canola oil into a bowl and mix the fries around in it good to give them all a thin coating. Lightly grease a baking sheet or spritz it with cooking oil spray. Lay the fries out in a single layer on the sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, then take them out and turn them. Bake for another 15 minutes. Take out and let cool before eating with salt, cinnamon, or whatever else you fancy.

Sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon over them for a slight sweet touch. Sprinkle enough cinnamon and sugar and they become desserty.
