Bento Recipe: Carrot & Raisin Salad

This is a simple, flexible recipe. Amounts are approximate; when I make it I just eyeball it, adding stuff until it looks and tastes right to me.

What you need:

  • 3 carrots
  • 1/4 cup of raisins
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise (or similar salad dressing)
  • 1 tbsp of plain yogurt (or more mayo/salad dressing, if you don't have yogurt)
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • a few dashes of cinnamon

Grate the carrots. Break up the raisins. Put everything in a bowl and mix until it's, well, mixed. Serve cold.
