This is a simple, flexible recipe. Amounts
are approximate; when I make it I just eyeball it, adding
stuff until it looks and tastes right to me.
What you need:
- 3 carrots
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise (or similar salad dressing)
- 1 tbsp of plain yogurt (or more mayo/salad
dressing, if you don't have yogurt)
- 1 tsp of honey
- a few dashes of cinnamon
Grate the carrots. Break up the raisins.
Put everything in a bowl and mix until it's, well, mixed.
