we have the leftovers from my Fourth of July meal, which
was fish & chips.
Deep-fried heaven! Plus some leftover steamed zucchini & yellow
squash & carrots, and ichigo
daifuku. The latter is something I've never tasted,
and I only stumbled on it while searching for regular
daifuku recipes. I just had to give it a go, and WOW,
the combination of the low-key dough, the sweet anko,
and the tart strawberry is just great!
