Here's
a little veggie-plate style meal. Grapes, celery, baby
carrots, water crackers, mushroom (one large one cut
into six wedges), two steamed
buns with anko filling, and some Pocky. The yellow
container has ranch dip for the veggies, and the blue
one has hummas for the crackers.
Hummas is a tasty spread made of chick peas. There
are a lot of recipes out there, some very simple, but
I just buy it from the deli section of the grocery store.
As for the Pocky - well, it was bound to show up sooner
or later! I have had many flavors of Pocky, and like
Almond Crush and Men's Pocky (dark chocolate) the best,
but the ones pictured here - plain ol' Pocky, the default
option - are right up there.
