I'll
admit it right now: I'm fudging a little with this
meal. There's nothing really new on the menu here. I am, however,
getting a little better at rolling egg rolls. They look
more like little cylinders and less like floppy envelopes.
So, here we got a shrimp egg roll,
edamame,
steamed broccoli,
rice with umeboshi,
and dorayaki. A nice,
balanced meal, and aesthetically pretty pleasing too,
especially if you're into greens and browns.
