jellyfish donburi! I doubt that anyone else
will be inspired to make it - I'll be honest and say
that I don't plan to bother with jellyfish again, as
the texture and flavor do nothing for me - but I've
posted the recipe for the sake of the curious.
To counterbalance the exotic invertebrate, I have
some utterly ordinary rabbit food (mushrooms, cucumber, grape tomatoes,
and carrots) with ranch dip, and taro mochi.
