The
obvious thing for the first post-Thanksgiving bento
would be a selection of just what I ate over the holiday.
Hah! I scoff at predictability! Plus, I
had some whole wheat wraps that I wanted to try out.
So, here I have a turkey wrap sandwich
- light & dark meat, mayo, lettuce, and tomato -
snow pea crisps, and almond cake.
Once again, I took my Thanksgiving turkey to a party,
so I didn't wind up with too much in the way of
leftovers. I did end up with enough for a few meals,
and of course I made some soup
stock that will serve me well in the near future.
