Banana should be yellow, shouldn't it? Leftovers are my friends. They are especially welcome when I get home very tired and cold and not in the mood to cook. I didn't cook a single thing for this lunch, I just assembled it out of the various leftovers I had to use up. I suppose it's a sign of adulthood when you can say with a straight face "Leftovers rock!"

Well, no. It's actually a sign of insanity. But anyway...

This lunch includes free-form maki filled with avocado, crab, and cream cheese, and Spam musubi, made of... er, rice and Spam. There's edamame too. On the other side are some quail eggs, khoai mě nuong, and fruit salad with persimmon, banana, and lychees. By the way, this is the last of the khoai mě nuong. Bye-bye, cassava cake. I'll miss you and your funny accented letter that I have  copy and paste. One day I will try out the recipe I found for you and make you with my own hands.

Wanna talk about it?
