Like the dividers? Hmm... can't think of a witty intro for this one. My wit lobe is a bit oxygen deprived today, I think.

In the left half of the ring we have stir-fried asparagus, baked plantain, and free-form maki (with egg, crab sticks, and avocado), separated by omelet-slab dividers. On the right be a green bean mochi, some blood orange segments, and fruit salad with banana, strawberries, grapes, kiwi fruit, and persimmon.

I learned one valuable lesson while making this lunch: don't pick bundles of asparagus that contain a whole lot of thin stalks. Not only are they not more tender, washing and snapping them is tedious.

Wanna talk about it?
