Happy Friday the 13th! This is my lucky day. So many people gave given the number 13 a bad rap that I've adopted it as my lucky number, just to even things up a little bit.

Today I have a fridge-and-freezer-cleaning kaleidoscope of leftovers. In no order whatsoever, I got Spam musubi, a cabbage-wrapped meatball, crab rangoons, cassava fritters, edamame, sesame seed covered red bean mochi balls, and grapes. I like the pattern of brown, green, and white that creates, but, as usual, that's purely accidental.
