of this lunch is stuff I pulled out of the freezer.
I wasn't really being lazy; my dinner was simply not
composed of bento-able items. I could either grab saved-up
stuff or cook a second meal that evening. Forget that,
labor-saving measures win! So, here I have homemade takoyaki
with mayonnaise (in the blue container), edamame, baked
sweet potato, and almond cake.
The sweet potato is the one leftover from my dinner.
I baked a really long, thin, twisty spud,
and had half for dinner. I almost wish I'd photographed
it before cooking it, it looked so weird.
