Today's
lunch has some odd sushi.
I didn't have a lot of the stuff on hand that I usually
put in sushi, so I rolled up what I had: some crab stick,
eggplant, and steamed long beans. Weird, huh? But ya
gotta take chances every so often or life becomes boring.
Then there's
baked purple sweet potato
and steamed
long beans. On the other side I have marinated, stir-fried tofu,
which was born of the marriage of half a block of tofu
with some leftover teriyaki marinade. And baby carrots, and,
capping it all off, chocolate
chip melon pan. Yes, melon pan made with chocolate
chip cookie dough instead of sugar cookie dough. If
that does not impress you, I know thee not.
