I mentioned that I like chirashi-zushi?
It's so easy to make. This time around I was a
little lazy and just used shrimp, simmered shiitake
mushrooms, and pickled plums as toppings. These plums
aren't umeboshi, though - they're crunchy, and the name
is different, and I forgot to write it down. I'll get
it later. Anyway, they still taste pretty much like
umeboshi.
And there's also edamame, almond
jelly, cherries, and mango.
