Today's
lunch starts with iridori, which
is kind of like chicken stew, but it contains bamboo
and konnyaku and other neat stuff. For this bento I
packed just the munchable stuff; I'll use the broth
left behind for couscous. Then I have rice with ume koume,
which is something like umeboshi but hard instead of
mushy, and
edamame.
