This story starts out with a few short gags. In one, various characters speculate about what's under Vivi's hat. Not what his face looks like, but what else is under there. Mog guesses that he has a Moogle pompom, and begins flirting with him. Quina guesses that, as a hamster stores seeds in its cheeks, Vivi must be storing frogs in his hat. Salamander imagines a few hairstyles, including a Don King 'do. Eiko thinks he has a summoner's horn. Zidane... is wondering about a certain event that happened in Madain Sari.

The second half of the doujinshi is a longer, humorous story. In Alexandria, Vivi joins in a game of jumprope. He trips and falls flat on his face. He is invited to try again, and does so, and falls again. And again. And again. Zidane and Blank duel, and then Zidane "kidnaps" Garnet. Vivi's still skipping rope. The theater ship takes off and flies away, and Vivi is still playing jumprope, and looks like he's gotten the hang of it. Let this be a lesson to game players - don't get too caught up in the minigames. The game might just go on without you!

I really like the jumprope story. Like Midnightknocker, the other doujinshi by Colors I've reviewed, this one requires no Japanese to understand. There are speech bubbles, but the setting and action are familiar enough that you know exactly what is going on.
