The title for this one translates to "The Story's Continuation." A year after the events of the game, Garnet is all thoughtful. She goes to visit Vivi in the Black Mage village, and they have an emotional conversation. The second story takes the form of a letter being written to Vivi by Garnet while Zidane deals with a squalling baby. In the end, Garnet reveals "Sono ko no namae wa "Bibi" desu." ("This child's name is Vivi.")
I got a bit of a kick out of the second story, not because I like babies (I don't have the maternal instinct that God promised a doorknob) but because I recognized Zidane's harried, frustrated manner. It reminds me of the time my nephew was born. That first weekend, my brother-in-law (a first-time father) looked just like this.
